Due to the nature of personal care products, such as health and beauty products, cosmetics, personal hygiene, beauty accessories and tools, any liquids, creams, oils, or solids, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on sale, markdown, closeout items, gift cards, opened, unwrapped, worn, or used products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us with out first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping and Handling charges on the original purchase are not refundable.

Damages and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If items are damaged in shipping, please contact the shipper - usually USPS - first to make a claim.
