Then, mix a dash of holi (c) with 3 spritzes of holi (water) or filtered water and apply to the skin. To finish, massage holi (oil) onto the face, neck, and décolleté.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
