Flat rate shipping charge of $8 per order.

Free shipping on all orders over $200 with Code HANASHIP

All orders will be shipped out between 1-3 business days.

As of now, we currently do not ship to countries outside the U.S.

Once an order is placed, please note that shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Thank you for shopping with Hana & Co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

To start a return please email us at Returns@hana-and-co.com. On the subject line, please put your order number. Please add what item you would like to return, and reason for your return.

Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
All tags must be attached to the items.
Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Any returns of four or more items will incur a $10 USD restocking fee.
All items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of arriving at our facility. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Due to the high volume of orders, we do not offer exchanges. You may issue a return, and order the item you wish for.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT REQUESTING FIRST - WE CANNOT TRACK THE RETURN AND IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED!

Items not meeting these conditions cannot be returned. Please take care when packing your items. If we receive a return in a condition that's unacceptable, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
