We know you are excited to receive your Blancnoire gift as soon as possible! All orders will be processed within 2 business days. You will receive an email with shipping details as soon as the item ships. Blancnoire will only ship in the U.S

In-Store Pickup

Blancnoire is located in Pomona, NY where we offer free in-store pickup. Please WhatsApp 845-208-9463 for pickup details. You will need your order confirmation to receive your order. All orders will be held for 3 days from the time you receive an email confirming your order is ready. After 3 days have lapsed, you will be issued a store credit.

Returns

Thank you for shopping Blancnoire, we hope you love your purchase! In the event you are not satisfied, you have 7 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@blancnoire.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Once approved, we will send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping will be deducted from original payment. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Due to the nature of the item, we do not accept returns on diffusers, candles and match cloches.

Any order placed as a gift, will be refunded with a store credit.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it will take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
