Directions for Use:Â Simply mix in a teaspoon of powder with a tiny bit of water to create a paste. Apply with your fingers or a mask brush and relax for 15+ minutes until the mask is completely dry to transform tired, dull skin into a healthy, smooth complexion.
We recommend using this mask 2x a week and as a spot treatment for blemishes.Â
Note:Â Tingling or itchiness of the skin is common during/post wash with prebiotics as they are actively feeding the good bacteria to get rid of the bad. This should subside with each use depending on the amount of harmful bacteria present on the skin!Â

USAGE DIRECTIONS:

Apply 2-3 drops onto your toothbrush and brush in soft, circular motions. Works well in conjunction with S’Terra’s Oral Rescue Tooth Powder.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Balsam Multi-Purpose Reliever Oil:
If you feel a sore throat coming on, spray or swab a little of the Balsam Reliever Oil on the back of the throat. If it's too strong, take a sip of water. Can also be applied on cold sores as well. Balsam can be applied on aching joints, the temples and on the chest when coughing. Lastly, if bitten by mosquitos, it works to alleviate the itch.

Your hair will feel different and you will most likely feel a waxy residue when washing. This waxy feeling is NOT due to the soaps as there is no wax by-product used.
