It has hydrating and moisturizing properties due to the coconut oil and other oils. Since we use cold-processing to create our soaps, the moisturizing effects are left fully. It has exfoliating properties due to the oatmeal and aloe vera gel and is good for all skin types. This product can be used on babies who have rash prone, sensitive skin. Our cold-processed Pink Himalayan Salt Soap with bentonite clay is a rich and moisturizing soap which is great for the whole body! Bentonite clay has amazing absorbing capabilities, which is great for oily, acne prone skin since it can suck up all that excess sebum easily. KEY INGREDIENTS:
COCONUT OIL: Coconut oil is known for its soothing and moisturizing effects when applied topically. It has anti-microbial + anti-inflammatory properties when applied externally to the skin.
CANOLA OIL: Canola oil contains both omega-3, omega-6 fatty acids and is rich in vitamin C, E and K. This combination is great for improving the texture of the skin and hair. Applying this oil regularly on your body can boost the production of collagen due to its high anti-oxidant count. Canola oil is also a great hair stimulant and is also a great moisturizer. It aids in diminishing dryness, frizz and split ends; as well as dandruff.
CASTOR OIL: Castor oil is highly concentrated with fatty acids which help it to penetrate the skin and moisturize it easily. It restores hydration on the skin and removes dry patches.
HIMALAYAN PINK SEA SALT: Himalayan Pink sea salt has a high mineral concentration and has the ability to improve skin hydration and reduce inflammation due to its high magnesium and potassium levels. It relieves dry, sensitive and itchy skin due to acne, eczema and psoriasis. When applied to the scalp its sodium and sulfur content helps to cleanse the scalp of dandruff while fighting off yeast overgrowth. Himalyan Pink sea salt also cleanses the scalp and improves hair follicle quality which in turn reduces hair loss.
BENTONITE CLAY: Bentonite clay has a ton of benefits for the skin and hair. When applied to the scalp, it draws out toxins and contains many minerals that are essential for hair growth such as sodium, potassium and calcium.
