Return Policy:

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to receive returns up to 21 days from delivery date and local pick up date. 

Items must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received. No scents, tears, stains or other signs of wear will be accepted for return and refund.
Refunds will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected. 

We do not currently offer exchanges.

To secure your desired item, send your original order back for refund and place a new order.
Any item that was bought at a discount, please email us at info@shopalignactive.com and we will be happy to accommodate that discount again. 

We can provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. Please note that $7 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of a return shipping label. 

We do not provide return labels for anywhere outside the US. 

All sale items are FINAL SALE.
