Our Balsam Rescue Oil is a reliever oil and is powerful enough to be used:

USAGE DIRECTION FOR SKIN: Apply a small amount onto places where there is pain present. Gently massage in. Apply warm compress if desired. Avoid contact with eyes and intimate areas. Do not apply to broken skin. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with soap and warm water.
USAGE DIRECTION ORALLY: Apply a few drops of oil into a small cup of water and swish/gargle it around for a few seconds and spit out. For cold sores/sore throats: apply a drop onto a clean finger 2x per day or as much as needed and rub onto sore/ulcer or the back of your throat if a sore throat is present.
USAGE DIRECTION FOR NASAL CLEANSE: In a neti pot or sinus rinse bottle with warm, distilled saline water, drop 1-2 drops of balsam multi-reliever oil and stir to combine. Administer solution through nose as usual. Repeat once daily or a few times per week.
**Balsam NOT meant to be dropped in nose directly, should only be used in a neti-pot if using for nasal cleansing**

This moisturizing coconut soap bar is gentle enough to be used on baby! (Just keep out of eyes!) It is also gentle enough to be used on the body and especially the face.
