**Eligibility for Returns:**
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

**Return Shipping:**
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping .
- Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit, and include the RA number on the outside of the package.

- If your mezuzah case, candle tray, or wall art arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item.
- We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
