USAGE DIRECTION FOR SKIN: Apply a small amount onto places where there is pain present. Gently massage in. Apply warm compress if desired. Avoid contact with eyes and intimate areas. Do not apply to broken skin. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with soap and warm water.
USAGE DIRECTION ORALLY: Apply a few drops of oil into a small cup of water and swish/gargle it around for a few seconds and spit out. Directions for Use: Simply mix in a teaspoon of powder with a tiny bit of water to create a paste. Apply with your fingers or a mask brush and relax for 15+ minutes until the mask is completely dry to transform tired, dull skin into a healthy, smooth complexion.
We recommend using this mask 2x a week and as a spot treatment for blemishes.
Note: Tingling or itchiness of the skin is common during/post wash with prebiotics as they are actively feeding the good bacteria to get rid of the bad. This should subside with each use depending on the amount of harmful bacteria present on the skin!
