Directions for Use: Simply mix in a teaspoon of powder with a tiny bit of water to create a paste. Apply with your fingers or a mask brush and relax for 15+ minutes until the mask is completely dry to transform tired, dull skin into a healthy, smooth complexion.
We recommend using this mask 2x a week and as a spot treatment for blemishes.
Note: Tingling or itchiness of the skin is common during/post wash with prebiotics as they are actively feeding the good bacteria to get rid of the bad. This should subside with each use depending on the amount of harmful bacteria present on the skin!
**Note: Due to the nature of the prebiotics, do not get any water inside main container. Use a dry spoon to transfer to the silicone mixing bowl and add water there separately. Because there are no preservatives in this mask and it has no chemicals, if water gets in, this will contribute to mold growth**

Our REFINE Exfoliating Walnut soap bar is great for people with acne prone skin on the face and body. By gently using this soap on those problematic areas, the ingredients in the soap react with those areas and begin to diminish after a while. The Exfoliating Walnut soap bar helps to exfoliate dead skin cells all over the body, including the face. The reason why our soap acts as such a great exfoliator is because there are real crushed walnut shells inside the soap which give it its soft brown color and exfoliating properties. Not only do the walnut shells provide a very deep exfoliation, but the essential oil acts as an antiseptic on the skin. 2. If just starting to use soaps for the first time on the hair/scalp, your hair and scalp will go through a ‘detox’ phase where the residues from previously used products will be purged. Your hair will feel different and you will most likely feel a waxy residue when washing. This waxy feeling is NOT due to the soaps as there is no wax by-product used. USAGE DIRECTION FOR SKIN: Apply a small amount onto places where there is pain present. Gently massage in. Apply warm compress if desired. Avoid contact with eyes and intimate areas. Do not apply to broken skin. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with soap and warm water.
USAGE DIRECTION ORALLY: Apply a few drops of oil into a small cup of water and swish/gargle it around for a few seconds and spit out. For cold sores/sore throats: apply a drop onto a clean finger 2x per day or as much as needed and rub onto sore/ulcer or the back of your throat if a sore throat is present.
