USAGE DIRECTIONS:
Nasal Rescue Drops:
Tilt your head back and place 1-2 drops into each nostril and then sniff. Each family member must have their own nasal rescue drops bottle for hygienic purposes.
Oral Rescue Drops:
Apply 2-3 drops onto your toothbrush and brush in soft, circular motions. Works well in conjunction with S’Terra’s Oral Rescue Tooth Powder.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Balsam Multi-Purpose Reliever Oil:
If you feel a sore throat coming on, spray or swab a little of the Balsam Reliever Oil on the back of the throat. If it’s too strong, take a sip of water. Can also be applied on cold sores as well. Balsam can be applied on aching joints, the temples and on the chest when coughing. Lastly, if bitten by mosquitos, it works to alleviate the itch.

REFINE Exfoliating Walnut Spa Bar
Our REFINE Exfoliating Walnut soap bar is great for people with acne prone skin on the face and body. By gently using this soap on those problematic areas, the ingredients in the soap react with those areas and begin to diminish after a while. It can also be used to wash the hair and will also help to cleanse the scalp.
The Exfoliating Walnut soap bar helps to exfoliate dead skin cells all over the body, including the face. The reason why our soap acts as such a great exfoliator is because there are real crushed walnut shells inside the soap which give it its soft brown color and exfoliating properties. Not only do the walnut shells provide a very deep exfoliation, but the essential oil acts as an antiseptic on the skin. This allows the skin to regenerate new skin cells over time and heals any other skin ailments such as acne by removing dirt and bacteria. Due to its regenerative nature, our exfoliating walnut soap is especially helpful for stretch marks and acne scars!

Directions for Use: Simply mix in a teaspoon of powder with a tiny bit of water to create a paste. Apply with your fingers or a mask brush and relax for 15+ minutes until the mask is completely dry to transform tired, dull skin into a healthy, smooth complexion.
We recommend using this mask 2x a week and as a spot treatment for blemishes.
Note: Tingling or itchiness of the skin is common during/post wash with prebiotics as they are actively feeding the good bacteria to get rid of the bad. This should subside with each use depending on the amount of harmful bacteria present on the skin!
**Note: Due to the nature of the prebiotics, do not get any water inside main container. Use a dry spoon to transfer to the silicone mixing bowl and add water there separately.
